Backstory

Class: Druid Origin: You have always had an affinity for animals, so you explored your talent to see how you could best use it. You found a place among a group of druids after you fled a catastrophe. You befriended a druid and was moved by druidic teachings. You decided to follow your friend's guidance and give something back to the world. Motivation: From a young age, you couldn't abide the stink of the cities and preferred to spend your time in nature.
Background: Outlander You came to understand the darkness that lurks in the wilds, and you vowed to combat it.Your people lived on the edges of civilization, and you learned the methods of survival from your family. You spent a lot of time in the wilderness as a youngster, and you came to love that way of life.
Walking in the woods, you met a fey creature, such as a brownie, elf, nymph, gnome, sprite, or treant. This magical being taught you how to tend the natural world in the gentle manner of the fey.
For a time, you lived in an urban environment. But you soon discovered that social communities, bureaucracies, and laws made you feel constrained and unnatural. You left civilization and retreated into the wild at the first opportunity. You still retain the lessons, habits, and refinements of civilised behaviour, but your heart belongs to nature.
You got lost in the wilderness and were forced to survive on your own. Young and vulnerable, you feared the natural dangers of the world at first, but acclimated to the natural way of life as you learned to tap into the primal power of the world. You had a mentor who taught you everything worth knowing about life. This could have been the person who taught you the heroic abilities you possess, or simply a kindred spirit who helped form your worldview.

How did your character get to this spot? Justice - Unfairness and injustice are intolerable. Whenever you witness them, you feel compelled to act or speak out. When you’re personally wronged, you require appeasement—or revenge if you don’t receive it. You gain access to the Headstrong drawback.
Self-Doubt - No matter what you do, it’s never good enough. You cannot help but see in your victories many little defeats and failures. If you were stronger, smarter, faster, or more powerful, maybe you could be better. However, stuck in the body and mind you have, you feel you’re destined to fail. You gain access to the Doubt drawback.
Social Acceptance - You want others to accept you, to believe you’re special and worthy of merit. You are self-conscious about your social flaws and breaches of etiquette. Rejection is among your greatest fears. You might go to extraordinary lengths to be accepted by or seek favour from your peers. You gain access to the Dependent drawback.

Something truly strange happened to you. You were enslaved by a hag, a satyr, or some other being and lived in that creature's thrall for 4 years.
You suffered a tragedy. A lover disappeared without a trace. You have been looking for that person ever since. one parent was imprisoned, enslaved or otherwise taken away by force.
I am still haunted by my childhood, when I was treated badly by my peers. I spent most of my childhood alone, with no close friends. Others saw me as being different or strange, and so I had few companions.

don't know/can't remember either of my parents. pretty sure one of them was a demon of some kind, and unsure what race the other was(tiefling?). one parent left or died not long after I was born and the other was taken away by force - or so family have told me. stepfather? family I know from before I was cast out said that I was wanted by them but they had no choice but to cast me out due to fear from our townspeople. I feel like my family were afraid of me too though. family were poor - very self conscious about this and doesn't like letting others know about it. whenever the topic comes up either changes the subject or tells a white lie
